Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Deposits: A 40% deposit is required to secure all bookings. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
2. Cancellations: You can reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment to retain your deposit. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.
3. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend or cancel appointments in rare circumstances. You will be notified promptly, and deposits will be refunded in full if we cancel.
